The dutch colonial style house
was built in the 1920's was large
but lacked garage. A new four
car garage with a playroom,
bedroom & bath was added
above as well as complete
remodelling the existing house.
New details were faithful to the
home's original style & new
stone was mortared to look old.
A stair to the new play room
created a porte-cohere to the
new house & the connecting
bridge above was made into a
library. The wood front porch
was replace with stone & the
existing sitting room was
panelled with cherry wood.
